By accessing or using Praxis OS ("the Service"), including our website and waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Praxis OS is an AI-powered personal productivity platform that helps users define goals, plan tasks, execute focused work sessions, and track progress. The Service is currently in development and available via a waitlist for early access.

3. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We reserve the right to grant access at our discretion, in phases, and to revoke early access at any time. Waitlist registration requires a valid name and email address.

4. User Accounts

When the Service launches, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated scripts to collect data from the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Praxis OS — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Praxis OS and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. User Content

Any data you input into the Service (goals, tasks, notes, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, especially during the early access period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxis OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or productivity.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also stop using the Service at any time.
